Front Seat Belts May Detach in a Crash
Certain front-row seat belts may not be properly connected to the pretensioner anchors, which means the belt can come loose from its attachment point.

What owners report
On 10/22/26, the driver engaged Full Self-Driving (Supervised) while the vehicle was parked in our residential garage, to back out onto the driveway. As the vehicle reversed out of the garage under FSD, the driverâs-side mirror struck the garage wall, damaging the mirror and causing minor damage to the wall. The vehicle did not stop or correct its path before or after contact. The vehicle displayed no alerts or takeover warnings at any point. The driver was watching the vehicleâs rearward path but was not monitoring the clearance at the driverâs-side mirror, did not intervene, and did not alter the wheel direction. No one was injured. Tesla estimated the repair cost at approximately $1
On [XXX], at approximately [XXX], I was driving my 2023 Tesla Model X to the Macy's at Bellevue Square, Bellevue, WA, with Full Self-Driving (Supervised) engaged. The navigation system routed incorrectly to Lincoln Square instead of Bellevue Square, and the vehicle proceeded into the Lincoln Square underground parking garage while still in FSD mode. The vehicle briefly stopped at the parking entrance gate where the barrier arm is, then suddenly accelerated at full speed toward a wall â breaking through the barrier arm and colliding with the wall. I attempted to cancel FSD and pressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle did not disengage and did not stop. I heard no Forward Collision Warning o
The contact owns a 2023 Tesla Model X. The contact stated that while his wife was driving 65 MPH with Full Self-Driving mode activated, the rear passengerâs side tire exploded. The message âLoss Pressure Rear Tire" was displayed. The contact's wife nearly lost control of the vehicle but was able to drive slowly to the residence. The contact took the rear passengerâs side tire to a tire retailer to be replaced. The vehicle was then taken to the tire retailer, where the contact was informed that the vehicle was too heavy for the tires, which caused the tires to warp. All four tires were replaced, and a rear suspension alignment was performed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failur
I have a 2018 and a 2023 Tesla both with the same air bag failure warning, specifically Front Passenger Safety Restraint System Issue. Since this is a critical safety component of the car and Tesla appears to have a wide spread problem with this component, please look into this as possible recall situation.
I was using FSD any driving on XXX between [XXX] and [XXX]. Suddenly the car put on the 4 way flashers, slowed down and started to pull to the side of the road. There was no shoulder so the car would have stopped in the driving lane. I immediately turned the wheel back into the center of the lane and stepped on the accelerator to avoid being rear ended. Fortunately the traffic was light. There was no indication that the FSD sensed inattentiveness. I was able to continue driving using FSD. This happened twice on my way to Huntersville on XXX and once on the return trip on XXX. I filed a report with Tesla and have an appointment for next week.
