What owners report
I received a compliance recall notice 26C10 from Ford. I just called Brondes Ford in Maumee, OH to schedule a âsoftware repairâ as described in the letter from FORD. The gentleman on the phone refused to schedule my appointment. He said because the vehicle has been âmodifiedâ (ie a box added to the bed) his dealership would not help me. When I asked him what I am supposed to do he said he did not know but they would not assume liability and help me. I told him I would contact Ford to report this and he said go ahead. Very unhelpful.
