WHILE DRIVING AIRBAG LIGHT GOES ON AND OFF AT ITS OWN WILL CAN'T FIND ANYONE TO HELP. *JB
NEEDED TO FIND OUT IF ANY KNOW PROBLEM'S WITH ENGINE AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT
VEHICLE CAUGHT ON FIRE AFTER BEING DRIVEN APPROX 15 MILES AND THEN PARKED FOR ABOUT 12 MINUTES. NO ONE WAS INJURED. *AK
SWITCH ASSEMBLY ON PARKING BRAKE PEDAL ASSEMBLY FAILED, MAKING IT MISLEADINGLYGIVE THE IMPRESSION THAT THE PEDAL WAS FULLY ENGAGED, WHEN IN FACT IT WAS NOT. BRAKE FAILED, VEHICLE ROLLED. PEDAL WAS FULLY DEPRESSED, BUT FAILED SWITCH ASSMBLY INTERFERRED WITH PEDAL MECHANISM. VEHICLE IS STANDARD SHIFT SO PARKING BRAKE WAS USED FREQUENTLY.
HAVE REPLACED FOUR TRANSMISSION ON THIS MINIVAN. TRANSMISSION IN VAN IS CURRENTLY SHOT. WE HAVE BEEN PUT IN THE POSITION OF TRYING TO DECIDE WHETHER TO PUT ANOTHER TRANSMISSION INTO THIS VAN OR NOT. THE VAN IS CURRENTLY IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE (OTHER THAN ADDITIONAL LISTED PROBLEMS). THIS IS A VEHICLE WHICH IS BEING USED BY OUR COLLEGE AGED SON AND IS NEEDED BY OUR FAMILY FOR TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM COLLEGE AND WORK. WE ARE DISTRESSED THAT WE ARE ABOUT TO REPLACE OUR FIFTH TRANSMISSION IN THIS VAN. WHEN WE CONTACTED A DEALER ABOUT THIS VAN WE WERE TOLD THAT THIS IS A "JUNK TRANSMISSION WITH A VERY POOR REPUTATION". WE CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM. CAN YOU HELP???
