SEAT BELT RETRACTION ON PASSENGER SIDE CAUSED STERNUM FRACTURE TO THE PASSENGER OCCUPANT. DRIVER SUSTAINED BRUISES ON ARM ON IMPACT. COMPLETE NON DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAGS IN MY VEHICLE#1 ON IMPACT.
