WE HAVE RECEIVED 3 RECALL NOTICES PERTAINING TO THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE IN OUR MOTORHOME. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO HAVE THE REPAIR MADE BY 2 DIFFERENT LOCAL DEALERS & HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL. WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. AT JAYCO & RECEIVED NO HELP. THIS IS A SAFETY RECALL (#16V-568) THAT DOESN'T SEEM IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO OUR LOCAL JAYCO DEALERSHIPS TO ADDRESS. WE ALSO SENT A DETAILED LETTER TO JAYCO'S REGULATORY COMPLIANCE DIVISION, AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. YESTERDAY WE RECEIVED ATECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN NOTIFICATION TSB #19-022 PERTAINING TO THE LEVELING JACKS. WE ARE RELUCTANT TO CONTACT THE LOCAL DEALERS REGARDING THIS NEEDED REPAIR BECAUSE OF OUR PAST EXPERIENCES WITH THEM. WE WOUL
