Passenger Seat Sensor May Cause Air Bags to Fire in a Crash
A front passenger seat weight sensor can crack and short circuit, which may cause the air bags to deploy unintentionally during a crash.
Side Air Bags May Deploy Unexpectedly
A software programming error in the airbag control module can cause the side and side curtain airbags to deploy without a crash.
Wheelchair Tie-Down May Not Lock, Risking Movement in Transit
Certain minivans equipped with QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraints, made by Vantage Mobility, may have retractors that do not lock.
Passenger Airbag May Deploy or Fail to Suppress
A front passenger seat weight sensor may crack and short circuit, so the system may not switch off the passenger airbag as intended.
Fuel pump may fail and stall engine while driving
The fuel pump inside the fuel tank may fail.
Rearview Camera May Not Display Image, Raising Crash Risk
A faulty connector in the MOST communication coaxial cable can prevent the rearview camera image from appearing on the display.
Side mirror glass can detach, reducing rear visibility
Heating pads behind both side-view mirrors may not be bonded properly, so the mirror glass can come loose and detach from the housing.
Tire Pinholes Can Cause Slow Air Leaks and Crash Risk
Certain 2022 Honda Odyssey vehicles equipped with Bridgestone tires may have a tire containing a pinhole, which can cause a slow air leak.
Seats May Not Lock, Risking Movement in a Crash

What owners report
One of the engine main bearings failed at a little over 27k miles. There was a knocking noise on the lower part of the engine. The engine could have possibly failed leaving me stranded. Yes the dealer was able to replicate the noise and replace the main bearing. No it hasnât been inspected since Iâve had it. There were no warning signs other than the knocking noise and loud idling.

First, the windshield. It cracks for any Little Rock that hits it. Iâve never had this issue with any other car in my life! Iâve had to fix 4 cracks and now it completely cracked and have to replace the entire windshield. Second the sliding door!s!!!!! Itâs been an ongoing issue as well. It either closes half way and returns clicking sound and now today it doesnât open or close I had to force it open to let my kids out! I means bought this car brand new and itâs been nothing but issues! These types of issues should not be occurring on a relatively new car.
