Honda Odyssey Recall 25V877: Wheelchair Tie-Down May Not Lock, Risking Movement in Transit

NHTSA campaign 25V877, reported December 17, 2025, 1,019 vehicles potentially affected.

What this recall means for you

Certain minivans equipped with QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraints, made by Vantage Mobility, may have retractors that do not lock. If the retractor fails to lock, the wheelchair may not be properly secured and can move during transit.

An unsecured wheelchair increases the risk of injury to the occupant using it and to others in the vehicle. If your vehicle has these restraints, do not rely on them until the repair has been completed, and contact Vantage Mobility customer service at 1-800-488-9082 with any questions.

The repair is free: an authorized dealer will inspect and replace the retractors at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed January 27, 2026. You can also check your VIN for open recalls on the NHTSA website.
