I AM NOT THE OWNER OF THIS VEHICLE . JUST RV TECH DOING PREP FOR DELIVERY MULTIPLE OPD FAILURES . ARMEBE ASME LP TANK(S) ON MOTORHOMES.. I PERSONALLY HAVE SEEN AT LEAST A DOZEN FAILURES. OUR FILLING EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN CHECKED AND IS UP TO DATE . I'M MASTER CERTIFIED RV TECH. LICENSED TO PUMP AND SERVICE LP IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I WAS TOLD TO FILL THE "OLD FASHIONED WAY". NOT TO USE OPD. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 2014 . I ALWAYS TEST OPD ON NEW TANKS . NO PROBLEM WITH MANCHESTER OR COMMON TRAVEL TRAILER TANKS. ONLY THE ARMEBE TANKS. THE OPD IS AN IMPORTANT APPURTENANCE ON PROPANE CYLINDERS. IN SECTION 5.7.3 OF NFPA 58 WE HAVE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR OPD'S INCLUDING FUN
