What this recall means for you
Certain wheelchair restraint systems installed in these vehicles, specifically QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max units made by Rollx, may have retractors that fail to lock. When the retractor does not lock, the wheelchair cannot be properly secured to the vehicle.
An unsecured wheelchair can move during travel, which increases the risk of injury to the wheelchair user and others in the vehicle. Owners should take this seriously and arrange the free inspection and repair as soon as possible.
Rollx will work with Q'Straint to inspect the retractors and replace them as necessary, at no cost to you. Owner notification letters were mailed February 5, 2026. If you have questions, contact Rollx customer service at 1-800-956-6668, and check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for any open recalls.
