TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 MONACO CAYMAN RV. WHILE DRIVING 62 MPH THE REAR AXLE FAILED, WHICH ALMOST CAUSED A CRASH. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE NOT APPLICABLE.
MOTOR HOME NEVER HANDLED RIGHT FROM WHEN WE PICKED IT UP ON 11/11/08. AFTER ATTEMPTS TO ALIGN IT DID WORK AND ONE VERY NERVE RACKING TRIP-VERY DIFFICULT TO KEEP IT DRIVING STRAIGHT, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE REAR DRIVER SUSPENSION BEAM WAS BROKEN IN HALF. IT APPEARS TO BE A DESIGN FLAW. THE MANUFACTURE SENT NEW PARTS AND THE OLD ONES ARE AVAILABLE.
