In late xxx, during a single sub-zero weather event in the [XXX] area, the door lock system on this 2024 Lexus NX 450h+ failed on two separate occasions within the same week. On both occasions the vehicle could not be unlocked or entered by any means available to the owner (smart key fob, digital key, remote unlock) and we were locked out in sub-zero temperatures. After sitting all night -- Started the car which started normally. But the instrument gauge cluster remained totally black except for the warning symbols in test cycle. The infotainment screen started properly. But the gauge cluster remained black. No speedometer, gas gauge, tire pressure etc. Just black.
