What this recall means for you
Certain 2022-2024 Lexus NX vehicles, including NX Hybrid and NX Plug-in Hybrid models, have an instrument panel cluster that may fail to display certain warnings or indicators. The vehicles do not meet federal display requirements under FMVSS 101, "Control and Displays."
If the instrument panel fails to show engine oil pressure, engine coolant temperature, or electrical charge, the driver may not be alerted to a developing problem. That lack of warning increases the risk of a crash.
The remedy is free: an authorized Lexus dealer will update the combination meter software at no charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 7, 2026. You can contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331 (Toyota recall number 26LA10), and you can check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for open recalls.
