THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT CALLED A LOCAL DEALER (HARTE INFINITI LOCATED AT 150 WESTON ST HARTFORD, CT 06120 860-524-1993) WHO STATED THAT THE RECALL REMEDY PARTS WERE ON BACKORDER.
