OAKLAND INFINITI IN OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND SUGGESTED THAT THE CAM SENSORS BE REPLACED IN THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 03V455000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) WAS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE FAILURE, BUT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 150,000.
