THE CONSUMER DID NOT LIKE THAT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MICROWAVE WAS SENDING THE REPLACEMENT PARTS TO THE INDIVIDUAL CONSUMERS AND MAKING THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING A DEALER TO INSTALL THE PARTS.
