TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 SUZUKI GSX-R 1000. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REGULATOR FAILED AND CAUSED THE BATTERY TO CHARGE INCORRECTLY. THE MOTORCYCLE COULD NO LONGER BE TAKEN ON LONG DRIVES. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE REGULATOR WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE MOTORCYCLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DENIED ASSISTANCE WITH THE REPAIR. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 3,200.
