What owners report
While the vehicle was in motion, it became unresponsive and lost power, creating an extremely dangerous situation for us and other motorists. It started signaling a hybrid power failure, then power steering wheel failure, then ABS until it stopped working while in motion.
The vehicle was running and locked itself with the key inside, without the driver. I had to get the other key to unlock the vehicle and retrieve the key locked inside. While driving, the vehicle does not stay in the middle of the lane. The wheels pull to the left and right while driving, as if the driving assist is controlling the vehicle and pulling it to either side of the lane. I have to hold the steering wheel tightly to keep it from veering into the other lane.
BRAKE FAILURE - SAFETY DEFECT RELEASED BY DEALER Brake pad warning light first appeared in February 2026. Dealer advised replacing rear brake pads. Requiring this distance creates an unreasonable burden and discourages timely completion of a safety recall, potentially placing drivers at risk. Last year there was another re-call where I had to drive over 100 miles as well.

There was no warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle passed the stop sign, and the contact manually turned off and parked the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was test-driven, but the failure could not be replicated. The contact was informed that no failure was found. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact inquired about buyback assistance. The manufacturer was noti
