Complaint Description: My 2021 Jaguar F-PACE (VIN: [XXX]) experienced a severe, life-threatening safety event when it suffered a complete, sudden loss of drive power and electrical systems while actively traveling on a public roadway. This total blackout was caused directly by a defective DC-DC converter, which is the subject of active federal safety recall Campaign Number 26V248 (JLR Recall E008). The faulty converter failed to maintain the 12-volt system, draining the vehicle's electrical system and destroying the batteries and alternator. Subject: Formal Demand for Investigation – Fuel Tank Capacity Discrepancy Vehicle: 2021 Jaguar F-PACE VIN: SADCJ2EX9MA669268 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally request an immediate investigation into a significant discrepancy affecting my 2021 Jaguar F-PACE regarding its fuel tank capacity and driving range, which appear to fall substantially below the specifications published by Jaguar Land Rover. I purchased this pre-owned vehicle on August 30, 2024, through a salesperson named Misko Sekulic. At no time during the transaction was I informed that this vehicle was equipped with a reduced fuel tank capacity of approximately 14–15 gallons, nor that its maximum driving rang

The contact stated that according to the Owner's Manual, the fuel tank capacity was 21.7 gallons; however, the vehicle only allowed 14 gallons of fuel for a full tank. The contact stated that the mileage was also tracked per the fuel tank, and the fuel tank gallon did not match the mileage driven. The dealer was notified of the issue. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified by mail and email, but there was no response. The failure mileage was 13,540.
2026-02-27, Steering
I was returning from work when I briefly fell asleep, causing my vehicle to drift to the curb and resulting in damage to the right-hand side wheels. This incident was caused by a failure of the Lane Departure Warning and Lane Assist systems, which were not functioning at the time. Had these safety features been operational, a potential accident could have been prevented. I have reported this issue to Jaguar Corporate, but it has been approximately one month, and I have not received a satisfactory response. I am concerned that safety concerns regarding this vehicle are not being adequately addressed. There were no warning lights displayed prior to the incident. I have scheduled a service a
