We bought 2024 Hyundai Sante Fe with 5,000 miles on it in 2025 . The car's factory tires are Pirelli Scorpion 245/45 r21. After about 7,000 miles of driving it an air bubble appeared on the side wall of my back tire. Since the car was bought with 5,000 on it the dealer said it didn't fall under factory warranty and we would have to pay for a new one which costs around $500 per tire. We did replace it of course but with a different brand as not to risk a repeat of the defect from Pirelli. Currently another air bubble on the side wall of my front tire has shown up. This now makes 2 of the factory Pirelli 245/45/R21 tires that came on my car defective. I am afraid to keep these tires on my car

The contact owns a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. The contact stated that while stopped at a red light, after the light turned to green, the vehicle stalled and became inoperable. The contact waited for several seconds and depressed the accelerator pedal before the vehicle returned to normal operation. The contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V529000 (Power Train); however, the VIN was not included in the recall. The dealer was contacted but was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was contacted by phone and made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 12,000.

Ref: Case Number with HYUNDAI USA #43287419. On 11th September 2026, my car (2024 Hyundai SANTA FE AWD, Limited trim - just covered 24,000 miles) suddenly shown an error/problem on the cluster as 'SHIFTER SYSTEM MALFUNCTION), while driving on road, which caused panic, that the car was behaving weirdly in the middle of the road with traffic. After keeping the car at dealership garage for more than 2 weeks, last Tuesday on 29th September 2026, I got back the car after repair. Again on last Sunday, 04th October 2026, the same problem appeared & towed again back to the dealership garage for repair. Since, it is an unpredictable existing problem with the car, kindly consider this Case with NHTSA

Multiple warnings flashing across dashboard regarding lane assist and emergency stopping. The Auto Hold came on by itself and turned orange. The emergency parking brake came on and stayed on. The warnings kept dinging every 30 seconds while driving and lit up every icon on the dashboard. Once parked I turned off lane assist, but it continued to trigger warnings. Lights flickered in park and with engine turned off. There is a clear malfunction going on somewhere.
