I own a 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. The front seat pivot link bolt (the bolt that secures the seat cushion to the seat track and serves as the pivot for the height-adjustment mechanism) has loosened. As a result, the driverâs seat shifts and rocks forward/backward and up/down while driving. This is a safety concern because it can alter seating position, reduce the effectiveness of the seat belt and airbag system, and increase the risk of the seat moving unexpectedly in a crash. I took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership. Their repair consisted of applying threadlocker and re-torquing the bolt. They presented this as the permanent fix.
