TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FREIGHTLINER XC. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE FUEL LINE CRACKED AND DIESEL AND SMOKE BEGAN POURING OUT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FUEL LINE CRACKED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 12,650 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,485. UPDATED 03-19-08 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR THE CUMMINS ENGINE IS 46503962 AND CUMMINS REPLACED FUEL LINE WITH A BRACE ON IT AND WITHOUT THE FUEL LINE WILL CRACK DUE TO VIBRATION.
