I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing and serious safety issue involving my 2019 Dodge Durango R/T, VIN [XXX], which was originally transported from Canada and is now registered in New York, United States. Despite multiple visits to my local dealership and substantial diagnostic expenses, the underlying issue remains unresolved. Yet the car still does not start reliably. I believe this is a safety issue because it could lead to the vehicle losing power on the road and leaving occupants stranded. This is not a normal issue. This must be a manufacturer's issue. Producing and selling a ve
