What owners report
Approximately 10/18/26 I noticed whenever I release the gas pedal my vehicle didn't down shift, but stayed at 25-30mph until i applied the brakes hard and manually downshifted. When I'm in rush hour traffic I can't leave it in 1st gear and relax otherwise it will speed up to 17mph, unless I hold the brake pedal. This started at 1,600 miles, and I now have 2,100. I made an appointment at the dealer for 10/26/26, but when I arrived they didn't know when or what days they could get to the vehicle. The vehicle when starting out drives okay but once it's up to speed limit it just doesn't slow down on it's own after releasing the gas pedal.
Bought vehicle new with almost no miles from Dodge Dealer in [XXX] (Paramus Dodge) After 3000 miles I start noticing hard kick when selecting gear from Park to Drive or Reverse gear with noise coming from underneath vehicle almost sounds like broken U joint. Harsh up and downshift when in traffic intermittently. Took vehicle three times to the dealership service department and no issues or problems found as per service technicianâs and service personnel. Iâm very disappointed that Dodge Dealers donât want to stand by there warranty and will definitely take this matter further. Vehicle Safety Complaint â 2026 Dodge Durango I am reporting a recurring safety issue involving the driverâs seat belt in my 2026 Dodge Durango. The seat belt repeatedly becomes stuck/locked in the retractor and will not pull out far enough for me to buckle it. This has occurred more than once and has prevented me from being able to properly secure myself before driving the vehicle. I have attempted to allow the seat belt to fully retract and then slowly pull it back out, but the problem continues to occur. I am very concerned because this is the driverâs primary safety restraint, and when the seat belt becomes stuck, I cannot safely operate the vehicle. This vehicle is a 2026 model an

I have numerous issues with this vehicle. Letâs begin with the AC not working. Additionally, thereâs water leaking from the inside, coming from the passenger and driver sides. The front carpets have a foul odor. While we were driving from the service center, white smoke started coming through the driverâs side vents. When we make turns, we hear a creaking noise. We took it to the service center and got it back a week later, but they didnât fix the problem. I just need to know whatâs going on with my vehicle
