TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 COACHMEN GALLERIA. WITHIN MONTHS OF OWNING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED SPARKS COMING FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER, INSPECTED UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE, AND NOTICED THAT THE STRAPS FOR THE WATER TANK WERE FRACTURED AND WERE DRAGGING ON THE ROADWAY, CAUSING THE SPARKS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HOLIDAY WORLD OF KATY (28909 KATY FWY, KATY, TX 77494, (281) 371-7200) WHO STATED THAT THE STRAPS FRACTURED DUE TO RUST AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO CONFIRM FROM THE DEALER IF THEY WOULD SERVICE THE VEHICLE UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE CONTACT WAS WAITING ON A RESPONSE FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO DETERMINE A
