What owners report
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 CHEVROLET C10. THE VEHICLE HAS COOPER MASTERCRAFT TIRES, SIZE P225/70R15. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE DROVE AS IF IT WERE OUT OF BALANCE. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND DISCOVERED A KNOT IN THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE. HE CONTINUED TO DRIVE AND THE TIRE EVENTUALLY FAILED. THE DEALER STATED THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE TO ASSIST. THE TIRE WAS SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY STATED THAT THE CONTACT MUST HAVE STRUCK THE TIRE AGAINST SOMETHING. HE IS AFRAID TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE HE HAS THREE OF THE SAME TIRES REMAINING ON THE VEHICLE, AND BELIEVES THE SAME FAILURE COULD RECUR. NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 98T004000 (TIRES:TREAD/BELT) WAS REFERENCED. THE D
CONSUMER'S VEHICLE IS EXPERIENCING THE SAME WINDSHEILD WHIPER DEFECT STATED IN RECALL NUMBER 98 V 150 000, BUT THEIR VEHICLE IS NOT INCLUDED BY IT'S VIN NUMBER. PH
CONSUMER STATED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS STOPPED WORKING, ALSO THE EGR VALVE WAS REPLACED. TS *JB
WHILE IN MOTION, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK INTERMITTENTLY OR FAIL ALL TOGETHER. MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE INOPERABLE. *JG
WHEN IT IS HUMID OR RAINING THE WIPERS MAY OR MAY NOT WORK. THEY START THEN WON'T STOP OR DON'T START AT ALL. THE DEALERS I'VE BEEN TO TWO SAY THERE WAS A RECALL FOR MY YEAR TRUCK BUT NOT FROM THE PLANT MINE WAS BUILT AT. PLEASE NAIL THESE ?!@#$% BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT BADLY. THANK YOU. DT *TR
