The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer where the contact was informed that a bolt had fallen out of the engine. The vehicle was diagnosed with engine failure and the contact was given an estimate for repair. The contact attempted to reach the manufacturer on two occasions and on both attempts, the call was dropped. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
