CONSUMER RECEIVED RECALL 02V278000 CONCERNING BRAKES AND HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIRS, HOWEVER, HE WAS STILL EXPERIENCING THE PROBLEM. THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME. THE CONSUMER HAD GONE THROUGH THE LEMON LAW PROCEDURES. ALSO. THE BRAKE WOULD SEIZE, START TO SMOKE, AND SMELL. THE ABS LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE DASHBOARD. THE BRAKES SQUEALED UPON TAKE OFF AND WOULD STICK IN POSITION. *AK THERE WAS A WATER LEAK IN THE TOILET AREA AND THE REAR SIDE OUT, THE FUEL GAUGE DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY, THE ENTRY DOORS RATTLED, LEAKED AND MADE WIND NOISES IN THE CAB AREA, THE DASH AIR WENT OUT COMPLETELY, THE DRIVER'S SIDE SLIDE WAS LOUD WHEN CLOSED, THE RAIL COGS WERE RIDING ON METAL,
