Digital Instrument cluster screen has gone black 3 times since October 2025 making it impossible to see speed or other important driving safety information. Black out happened in October 2025, March 2026, and again on July 9, 2026. Screen eventually comes back after vehicle sits unused for several hours.
Panoramic sunroof suddenly broke on my Mercedes GLE53 coupe while on a major highway. There was nothing near my vehicle when this happened. My children were in a car and this was a very scary moment for us. Mercedes will not cover the costs of Replacing the glass, forcing me to make a claim with my insurance. This is the first claim Iâve had to make in years. This is unfortunate.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed; however, the diagnostic result was unknown. The contact stated that the ABS module was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and was working with the contact to get into a newer vehicle. The approximate failure mileage was 28,852.
