THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 95V155000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 250,000.
