The structural floor/subfloor in my 2023 Keystone Cougar 30BHS travel trailer developed a low, weak area near the kitchen sink/refrigerator and progressed to widespread softness and significant flexing in normal walking areas. I first noticed it a few months before September 2024 and reported it in writing that September. The date field is my September 23, 2024 written report, not onset; the true onset is UNKNOWN. No physical injury has resulted as of October 5, 2026. The concern is unreliable support underfoot: deflection or giving-way may cause loss of balance, a fall, or injury during ordinary use of the parked trailer.
