THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY PAD FAILED TO ENGAGE AND A BURNING ODOR EMITTED FROM THE MICROWAVE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT FLAMES WERE NOT PRESENT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND REFUSED TO REPAIR THE MICROWAVE UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 14V196000 (EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE).
