The welding job and the weak, inferior metal used to stabilize the the axels is faulty. We had an eight foot piece of iron fall off on the highway at 60mpg and nearly caused a massive pile up accident on top of damage to our 5th wheel, also making it nearly impossible to drive until we could find a metal fabricator to fix the problem, a simple weld job was not possible due to a poor, dangerous design by the manufacture of the frame. The contact took the trailer to the dealer who informed them that the frame was no longer covered under warranty however, the springs and axles that had collapsed were covered.
