A dealer was contacted and informed him that he had the part available to repair the RV however, the contact had to repair the recall himself. The contact then called Rangitsch Brothers RV and Manufactured Home Center (2001 W Broadway St, Missoula, MT 59808) where he was informed that they had to order the part and that they would service the RV under the recall. The manufacturer was notified of the recall and informed him that there was a part shortage and that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded reasonable amount of time
