What owners report
While driving under 30 mph in clear and dry city conditions, my vehicle displayed a cascade of error messages on the dashboard. Within a mile of the initial alert, the vehicle suffered a complete loss of both propulsion and steering. I brought the vehicle to a stop on a slight incline. When I released the brake and tried to press the accelerator, the vehicle failed to propel forward and instead rolled backward unexpectedly down the incline. Simultaneously, the steering wheel became completely rigid and would not turn. All error messages disappeared the following day after the vehicle sat, and propulsion and steering seemed functional. No prior warnings or issues had occurred.

The day before the problem appeared, I noticed the car seemed to make more noise than normal when switching from the battery to gas. When the incident happened, I felt the car give a big shudder and make more noise while switching
