What owners report
I dropped off the vehicle at Thousand Oaks Honda to fix the safety recall on Monday September 28, 2026. Recall Number: TN2 XNT XP2. While they are trying to fix the recall at the dealer's place Software crash happened in the middle of the process according to the Hyde who handled my case in the front office. The whole vehicle is not operatable. They tried to fix in on the same day but failed. I was returned back the vehicle on 30th, September, 2026 with the attached certificate for DMV(Case #[XXX]) approval for the new year registration. When my wife & her sister while driving the vehicle in the busy street in Simi Valley yesterday [XXX] evening around [XXX] The car suddenly stopped in
I am reporting what I believe may be a safety defect involving my 2023 Honda Hybrid. I owned the vehicle for less than three years and kept up with all recommended maintenance. During my ownership, I repeatedly experienced sudden tire pressure warnings and rapid drops in tire pressure. Because I was concerned, I took my vehicle to a Honda dealership approximately four to five weekends in a row to have the tires inspected. Each time I was told that everything appeared to be normal and no problem could be identified. In March 2026, while driving on the freeway to school, the tire pressure suddenly dropped again. I then heard a very loud popping noise and initially believed that my tire had bl
During transit, the dash displayed several errors and then finally stated that there was a "Brake System problem, Brake performance my be reduced. See your dealer." The car lost power and I had to find a parking lot to exit the street to. After turning the car off and back on the car drove normal but with the Break System error still on the dash console. After parking the car for a while at home, I restarted the car and the error was no longer displayed and everything seemed normal again.

THIS CLEARLY VIOLATES ME IN PLENTY OF WAYS THIS IS WHAT I SENT THEM. I am formally escalating this matter and requesting immediate supervisory review and intervention regarding the inspection and handling of my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid. The dealership is relying solely on a dipstick reading taken from an engine with a breached engine block. Once the engine block is compromised, the crankcase is no longer sealed, and oil redistributes into different internal cavities and passages. Under these conditions, a dipstick
From the beginning of my lease, the vehicle experienced repeated malfunctions of its safety and proximity sensor systems, including warning alerts and sensor-related failures. The vehicle was taken multiple times to an authorized Honda dealership for diagnosis and repair. Despite these repeated service visits, the safety sensor issues were never properly repaired or resolved. I later discovered that the vehicle was subject to an active safety recall, which was never disclosed to me, even though the vehicle was serviced at the dealership on multiple occasions. Subsequently, the vehicle was involved in an accident that resulted in a total loss. Based on the unresolved sensor failures and th
