HEALTH HAZARD IN RV FRESH WATER TANK I PURCHASED A 2012 PROWLER 26P BH TRAVEL TRAILER. THIS TRAILER IS MANUFACTURED BY HEARTLAND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, LLC. THIS RV IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. HEARTLAND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, LLC, (HEARTLAND RV) IS PUTTING DEFECTIVE FRESH WATER TANKS INTO THEIR RVS. THE TANKS SAG IN THE MIDDLE LEAVING OVER 15 GALLONS OF WATER IN THEM WHICH CANNOT BE DRAINED OR USED. THE TANKS HAVE A CAPACITY OF 49 GALLONS. THAT LEAVES APPROXIMATELY ONE THIRD OF THE WATER LEFT IN THE TANK AFTER DRAINING THE TANK WITH THE FACTORY INSTALLED DRAIN. THERE IS A FITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE TANK THAT HAS THE DUAL PURPOSE OF BEING USED FOR THE DRAIN AND THE PICKUP FOR THE WAT
