HARLEY STILL WON'T ACCEPT EMAIL ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. THIS FACT MAKES IT QUITE CLEAR THEY WANT NO EVIDENCE OF CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
