THESE SEAT BACKS ARE SPOT WELDED TO A TUBULAR FRAME AND THE THIN SHEET METAL SEAT BACK CRACKS AND SEPARATES FROM THE FRAME. IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN THE STATE SCHOOL BUS INSPECTOR WILL RED TAG THIS BUS BECAUSE OF THIS DEFECT.
