The contact owns a 2022 Forest River Avenger RV equipped with a stove and an oven. The contact stated that the stove was made with a mounted glass cover, and upon lowering the glass cover on the grate after cooking, the glass exploded. Additionally, the contact stated that the oven was made with a mounted exterior glass cover, in addition to the interior glass. The contact stated that the exterior glass cover of the oven exploded upon closing the oven after being used. There were no injuries sustained.
