What owners report
Ford is using a heavy, wax inside the bottom of the door/side panels. When the weather gets hot, this wax softens, and runs downward, and solidifies directly over the tiny weep holes at the bottom of the doors, trapping rain and wash water inside the door panels. I Always have to clear the weep holes over and over after a carwash or rain storm. The windshield Leakes water and drips on the dashboard. I believe the trapped musty water and leaks cause dampness creating several critical safety, structural, electrical corrosion and health hazards. The factory windshield is loose/improperly bonded causing MOLD. This problem was found when i first bought the only four year old vehicle because of a musty/moldy smell. On the way home from the dealership it happened to storm and there were a few raindrops coming in at the top center of the windshield. I also had terrible allergy symptoms and headaches after only a few minutes of driving. I peeked under part of the vinyl floor and discovered major water and mold issues. Speedometer stops working/ lighting up. I called Ford regarding recall 25C19 and they said it doesn't cover this vehicle.
