THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION AT THE TIME OF FAILURE, IN A HILLY SERVICE AREA, WHICH PLACED MY DRIVER IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION. MANY IN OUR INDUSTRY HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE AND KNEW IT WAS A DEFECT. SEVERAL PLEAS TO THE DEALERSHIP RESULTED WITH NO HELP AT ALL THIS IS A CLEAR DEFECT THAT FORD HAS BEEN AWARE OF, HOWEVER WHEN I REPEATEDLY APPEALED TO FORDS CUSTOMERS SERVICE DEPARTMENT RELATED TO THE ABOVE REFERENCE ENGINE ISSUE, I WAS DENIED REPEATEDLY AND INTENTIONALLY DISCONNECTED ON ONE OCCASION. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT FORDS REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTING TO DELAY OR REFUSE TO PAY THE ENGINE CLAIM. I HAVE NUMEROUS ITEMS TO ATTACH, HOWEVER YOUR SITE WILL NOT ALLOW. PLEASE SEND
