TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FLEETWOOD MALLARD RV. THE VEHICLE HAS A DOMETIC REFRIGERATOR, MODEL RM2652. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 08V320000 (EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE). THE VEHICLE WAS IMMOBILE AND REQUIRED THE RECALL REPAIR TO BE PERFORMED ON SITE. DOMETIC WAS NOTIFIED AND REFUSED TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE $120 RECALL REPAIR COST. DOMETIC EXPLAINED THAT THEY WOULD COVER $60 TOWARDS THE REPAIR COST. THERE HAS BEEN NO RESOLUTION WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THERE HAD BEEN NO FAILURE TO DATE. THE SERIAL NUMBER, PART NUMBER, VIN, AND PURCHASE DATE WERE UNKNOWN.
