HE RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE WHICH STATED THAT HIS TRAILER WAS INCLUDED, BUT THE DEALER HAS IMPROPERLY REPAIRED THE VEHICLE AND FAILED TO PAY THE REPAIR COSTS, AS NOTED IN THE RECALL AGREEMENT.
