THEY KEEP PUSHING ME OFF SAYING THAT THERE ARE NO PARTS AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE THIS RECALL AND THAT IT IS A FEDERAL ISSUE AT THIS POINT. THIS MAY BE TRUE, CAN YOU CONFIRM?

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE CONTACT CALLED AUDI CREVE COEUR (11830 OLIVE BLVD, CREVE COEUR, MO 63141, (314) 690-9579) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE DEALER PLACED THE CONTACT ON A WAITING LIST TWO MONTHS AGO.
