2007 YAMAHA C3 SCOOTER. I DID NOT HAVE THE OPTION OF THAT MODEL ON YOUR DROP DOWN MENU SO I JUST PICKED ANYONE TO CONTINUE WITH THE COMPLAINT. IT IS A C3 49CC SCOOTER. FUEL PUMP SHUTS OFF AND YOU ARE IN TRAFFIC OR TURNING. IT HAD SHUT OFF SEVERAL TIMES DURING THAT DAY AND I DID NOT WANT TO GET INJURED OR DIE BECAUSE OF IT SHUTTING DOWN WITHOUT ANY WARNING. VERY DANGEROUS. I MANAGED TO BE ON THE SIDE SO WAS ABLE TO PULLOVER WHEN THE ENGINE DIED. CALLED YAMAHA AND THEY SAID THEY WILL REPLACE IT BUT DID NOT MAKE IT A RECALL FOR SAFETY ISSUES. THEY SHOULD. YAMAHA SAID THEY WILL REPLACE THE PUMP EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY BUT THAT WAS 2 MONTHS AGO AND MY SCOOTER HAS BEEN SITTING IN THE Y
