HE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THE STEP IS ONLY CONNECTED TO THE BATTERY CASE. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED THE ONLY THING THAT HELD THE STEPS TOGETHER WERE TWO LARGE PIECES OF RUBBER. THE CONSUMER STATED THE STEPS NEED TO BE SECURED PROPERLY. *JB
