NON-CLOUDING PLASTICS HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE SINCE THE '40S AND "BRILLIANT" CRYSTAL PLASTICS ARE VERY POPULAR TODAY, BUT DOMESTIC AND IMPORT MANUFACTURERS FREQUENTLY SKRIMP ON COSTS BY USING INFERIOR PLASTICS.
