TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 TIFFIN ZEPHYR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 15 MPH, THE SLIDE OUT SECTION INDEPENDENTLY OPENED AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO VIBRATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION BUT THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
