THIS IS NOT A SINGLE ISOLATED INCIDENT. THERE HAVE BEEN A LARGE NUMBER OF OWNERS WITH THIS ISSUE AND THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT PROVIDED AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION. *DT ON THE 2015-2018 TIFFIN ALLEGRO BUS ON THE POWER GLIDE CHASSIS, A CRITICAL DESIGN DEFECT EXISTS WITH THE ENGINE FAN DRIVE TENSIONER BRACKET AND TENSIONER PULLEY ASSEMBLY. THE FAN DRIVE IS DESIGNED TO ENGAGE AT A PRE-DETERMINED ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE AND IS UTILIZED TO LOWER ENGINE TEMPERATURE AS THE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE REACHES A HIGH LEVEL. THE TENSIONER BRACKET IS CONSTRUCTED FROM HEAVY GAUGE STEEL PLATE THAT IS WELDED TOGETHER AND THE TENSIONER PULLEY ASSEMBLY IS A CAST/MACHINED ALUMINUM ASSEMBLY. THE ASSEMBLY WE
