NOTE: This is an RV built by Thor Motorhomes on a Ford Transit chassis. I believe the issue is caused by Thor. There is a sticker on the window of the side sliding door that gives instructions for unlocking the door (from the inside) in case of an emergency. The sticker states: "WARNING IN AN EMERGENCY, PULL THE LATCH TWICE TO UNLOCK THE DOOR". The instructions do not work. The sticker should only have been used on RV's on a Ram Promaster chassis as that is a standard function of that van. The Ford Transit does not have that feature.
